I got this girl registered for kindergarten!!!! I can hardly believe
it! I was so sad when I registered Olivia for kindergarten but we have
had such a great experience and Isha is so ready that there are no
tears this time around I hope- we are just so excited for next year!!! Maybe
it's a second child thing but I feel like she's so much more prepared.
Of course until September, we still have a couple of days together each
week and I'm enjoying my special time with her and of course Olivia. It's also fun to have a
friend come over and spend the day with girls.. We had a
Ria (Olivia's friend) over last week and they had so much fun - playing Barbie and
American Dolls and watching Barbie movies while having a picnic lunch in
the living room. And SO much giggling. I love sweet little girls
friendships.
Time really does go by in a minute, doesn't it? I struggled so much when
the girls were little. I was so overwhelmed. Now that Isha is almost
in full time school - I just want to go back in time and give myself a
high five and say "We survived!!". If you are in the depths of
baby/toddler years and feel like you will never sleep in or take a
shower uninterrupted or be able to just clean the house while your kids
entertain themselves - it will come! And it will be so great!
