Happy Birthday sweet girl! I can't believe you've been with us for 1 whole year. It seems as though you just got here, but yet it seems you've always been apart of this family. God really knew what he was doing when he placed you in our arms. We go great together! You are incredibly sweet, funny and beautiful!
Here's what you're up to at 1 year old:
weigh about 22 pounds
wearing 18 month clothes
tall and skinny, no more fat rolls
you are a official walker now.. and you can go to steps a
hair is growing in well.
you can say "momma", "dada", "ball", "peek a boo" & "night night"
you can clap, blow kisses, wave bye, turn lights on and off, give hugs & kisses
you can sign "more", "all done" & "eat"
still nurse 3 times a day. morning, before the afternoon nap and at night
sleep from 7:45 ish to 7:30 am & nap for 1.5-2 hours each at 10am & 2pm
You don't eat too much..thats your problem may be you are teething or something bothering u.
love to drink from adult cups..
My baby's 1st birthday has been such a mixture of emotions! I'm continually overwhelmed with thankfulness to God for placing her here. I'm so proud of her for being so smart and being such a great baby. I'm happy that she's happy and learning and growing. But, I'm sad she's entering toddler hood and isn't technically a baby anymore:( It's happening so fast!
Also, for us personally, we have an added element. We're celebrating our 2nd child's first birthday, yet it's the first birthday we've really been able to celebrate. Adds a whole new dimension to my already crazy emotions!
